These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of FourPointFL ("the Service"), provided by FourPointFL LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Application: The FourPointFL platform and any associated web tools, including the appointment matching system, inspector dashboard, and agent referral portal.
User: Any individual or entity using the Service.
Inspector: A Florida-licensed home inspector, general contractor, building contractor, engineer, or architect who uses the Service to receive inspection appointment referrals.
Agent: An insurance agent or agency who uses the Service to submit inspection referral requests on behalf of their clients.
Homeowner: A property owner or applicant referred to an Inspector through the Service for a 4-point inspection, wind mitigation inspection, or related service.
The Service is available to licensed professionals and insurance industry participants operating in the State of Florida. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet any applicable legal age, licensing, and authority requirements.
Inspectors must hold a valid Florida home inspector license (HI license issued by DBPR) or an equivalent qualifying license (general contractor, building contractor, professional engineer, or registered architect). Inspectors must maintain all required licensure, insurance, and certifications for the duration of their use of the Service.
Users agree to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You may not:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information — including your license number, service area, and contact details — up to date.
The Service is offered to Inspectors on a subscription basis with monthly billing via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us or our payment processors to charge you the applicable fees.
New Inspectors receive a 14-day free trial period. No credit card is required to start the free trial. After the trial, your first paid month is billed at 50% of the standard rate. Subsequent months are billed at the standard monthly rate.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with advance notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
The Service is provided free of charge to Agents. Agents are not required to pay any fees to submit referral requests through the platform.
When an Agent submits an inspection referral, FourPointFL matches the request with available Inspectors in the relevant service area. Inspectors receive an exclusive acceptance window to accept or decline the appointment. If an Inspector declines or does not respond within the allotted time, the appointment is offered to the next available Inspector.
By accepting an appointment, you commit to completing the inspection at the agreed-upon time. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in account suspension or termination.
FourPointFL does not process, collect, or facilitate payments between Inspectors and Homeowners. Inspectors collect their inspection fees directly from Homeowners. FourPointFL takes no commission, referral fee, or percentage of inspection revenue. The Inspector is solely responsible for setting, communicating, and collecting their fees.
All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including software, branding, and content, are the exclusive property of FourPointFL LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights.
We may offer beta features or experimental tools which are provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Use of beta features is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or system failures. We are not liable for interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, engage in fraudulent activity, fail to maintain valid licensure, or remain inactive for an extended period.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use of the Service.
FourPointFL does not guarantee any minimum number of appointment referrals. Appointment volume depends on Agent participation, geographic coverage, and market conditions.
FourPointFL is not responsible for the quality of inspections performed, the accuracy of inspection reports, disputes between Inspectors and Homeowners, or any insurance decisions made based on inspection reports.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FourPointFL LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, your inspection work, or your breach of these Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Invalid provisions will be replaced by valid terms closest in meaning and intent.
